Troubleshooting PDF creation
If you are having difficulty creating a PDF file in Windows, you may need to install a Postscript printer driver. The following page gives a description of how to go about installing such a driver. Note that this is an external page.
Once you have installed the printer driver as described, you should choose
this PostScript printer from the "name" dropdown list when you are creating
the PostScript file.
